Our History
Kelton Company LLC was founded in Ocean Beach, San Diego, California with a simple vision: to make high-quality ABA services more accessible to families who need them most. Our journey began when our founder, David Kelton, BCBA, recognized the growing demand for personalized, flexible therapy options that put families first.
What started as a small practice serving local families has grown into a trusted provider of in-home, school, community, and telehealth ABA services across California. Alongside his wife, Kayla, who leads family engagement efforts, Kelton Company has built a reputation for compassionate care, professional excellence, and a genuine commitment to helping children thrive in everyday life.
Today, Kelton Company continues to expand services, strengthen partnerships with schools and healthcare providers, and innovate new ways to support families — while staying true to the values of empathy, integrity, and collaboration that inspired its founding.

With years of experience supporting children and families, David leads Kelton Company with a commitment to compassionate care and clinical excellence. - Kayla Kelton – Chief Operating Officer
Kayla works directly with families to provide guidance, resources, and ongoing support. With a background in family services and parent coaching, she ensures that every parent feels equipped and supported throughout their ABA journey. - Our Network of RBTs & Collaborating BCBAs
We partner with trained Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborating BCBAs who share our mission to deliver high-quality ABA therapy across homes, schools, communities, and online settings.
