What to Expect

Contact Us - Tell us about your child, your concerns, and your insurance information.
Insurance Verification - We help review your ABA benefits and explain the next steps.
Assessment - A BCBA completes an assessment to identify strengths, needs, goals, and recommended services. Assessment typically starts within 2 weeks of contacting us!
Treatment Plan - We create an individualized treatment plan and submit it for insurance authorization when required.
Start Services - Once approved and scheduled, therapy begins with a focus on rapport, communication, behavior support, and meaningful skill development.
